ICSL is a subsidiary of Belize Telemedia Limited, the major telecom  provider for quality service in Belize. 

The Bilingual management team will market its services to international investors; namely from the USA and Canada who are interested in setting up off shore services such as call centers and other related services. 

The corporate headquarters for ICSL is located at 13.5 miles on the Northern Highway, at the junction with the Boom bypass road. The Park sits on approximately 14 acres of prime real estate and is in close proximity to the Phillip Goldson International Airport ( 5 minutes) and just 15 minutes from Belize Cit, the commercial capital. The park adjoins the Northern Highway that connects Belize City with the north of the country, and is easily accessible to the Western Highway that connects Belize city with the Capital City (Belmopan) and the western and southern regions of the country.

ICSL will work closely with its Service provider in the Zone, ICSL Communications, who proposes to install a resilient and robust infrastructure to offer its communication services.  Its highly skilled and experienced staff will work with its business customers in providing them with customized services for present needs as well as  future growth.
